We are located in Market Square, Rouse Hill Town Centre, Rouse Hill NSW.
You can find us outside between the centre and the Metro.
If there is a significant amount of rain, we will pull up a big tent over our entry and ticket office to keep everyone dry before entering the photo experience! The rest is all inside!

You can purchase tickets online or at the venue using EFTPOS. There is no difference between online or venue purchase and the virtual queue is the same for both. We offer online tickets as an added convenience for customers who want to be prepared.
Please note - we do not accept cash.
Rouse Hill Town Centre offers three hours free parking! Please check their website for most up to date and event information as well as rates.
Everyone can experience their wold upside down at House Down Under. Kids under 4 are welcome and enter free of charge (no booking required).
We have not reached our daily capacity limit yet. We recommend to arrive earlier to avoid disappointment. Everyone who checks-in using the Virtual Queue will be able to go into the venue - even if we have to stay back! Please be aware that this only applies when there is a longer wait time. Otherwise the last entry into the venue is 15 minutes before closing time!
The venue has a slanted floor, narrow walkway and a spiral staircase so high level of mobility is required. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair, pram or walker friendly.
Please note that while we try to include everyone in this experience, please consider if this experience is right for you as we are not able to issue refunds.
Please read our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy carefully. We do get busy during our peak time and wait time can exceed 2 hours on certain days and times.
We do not offer refunds due to wait times, however we will reschedule your ticket to another day of your choice free of charge. You can change your booking date via the link provided in your email.
We do not limit the time inside the venue. Once you are inside you can take as many photos as you like! This is done so our customers do not feel rushed or stressed about getting their perfect upside-down photo! If we added time slots, we may need to ask customers to leave before they get all of their photos - this is not what we are about as we want to make sure everyone gets as many photos as possible!
The entry fee includes all the photos on your device, we do not charge separately for this. We also have staff to assist you with some poses and snap a few photos of you and your group. Our staff rotate between different groups to make sure everyone has a good experience!
Our capacity limit is 20 people inside the venue. We also limit number of groups to ensure there is enough space for everyone.
The queue for online bookings and over the counter tickets is the same (with the exception of Fast Pass tickets). The ticket prices and wait times are also the same.
We do not offer specific time slots and your booking is valid for the day whole day. Please check our opening hours as the last entry to the venue is 15 minutes before closing time.
Our venue uses a Virtual Queue. This means that instead of having to physically stand in the queue, you are able to check-in and go about your day while you wait. We will send you a message letting you know it is your turn and to arrive back at the venue! Please ensure you return to the venue quickly so you do not miss your turn!
Our peak period is on weekends, school and public holidays. During the peak (usually around lunchtime) the expected wait time can exceed 2 hours! We recommend to arrive earlier or plan ahead, check-in to our virtual queue and enjoy your day!
Please read our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy carefully. We do not have the ability to issue refunds, but can change the tickets to another date. We can reschedule your ticket to another day of your choice by following the link in your email.

We do not limit the time inside - take as long as you need! How long it takes you, really depends on how many photos you would like to take! We do ask customers to be aware of others around them and move through the venue to ensure everyone gets a chance to take photos in all different parts of the house!
All kids under 12 must be supervised by an adult. This is done for safety purposes as we do not want anyone to get injured. Anyone running around, trying to or hanging from the furniture, grabbing onto furniture or props - will be asked to leave immediately.
Kinds under 4 enter free and do not need a ticket!
