Refunds, booking changes and cancellations

The team at House Down Under understands that your personal circumstances or availability may change. If you have made a booking and are unable to attend, please use the link provided in the email containing your tickets to change the date. The date change has to be completed prior to or on the date of your booking, if there are multiple tickets in your booking, each of them has to be updated with a new date. Once new date is selected, it automatically saves itself and original tickets can be used (new tickets/email are not sent as a confirmation but you can always click the link and it will show the active date of your booking). If the tickets have expired, please send us an email so that we can assist you further.

Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions. We do not offer refunds due extended wait times, however tickets may be rescheduled without additional fees. Any refund is at the discretion of management and requires approval. Booking and Processing Fees are not refundable and are 20% of the total charged amount.

House Down Under will only offer a full refund if the venue is closed by us and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled date or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must request for a refund via email within a reasonable timeframe and prior to the rescheduled date. House Down Under do not offer refunds because of a change in your personal circumstances.

If the venue is closed by us, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), House Down Under will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you because of the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

In most cases, refunds will be automatically processed to the credit card originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days.
