- All rooms and furniture are upside down which may cause the illusion of zero-gravity. Some customers may experience some dizziness
- The capacity limit is 20 customers inside the house at one given time, a total of 10 customers in each floor (this includes children)
- Due to limited space inside prams, strollers and large items will need to be left outside behind our gate.
- Ticket is valid for one entry per booking. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult
- If you require any assistance including taking photos and/or advice on poses, please ask a member of our staff
- Do not grab, hold or hang-off the props/furniture inside the house
- There can be no running inside the house
- No smoking, eating, or drinking in the house (this includes electronic cigarettes and the like). Anyone doing so will be asked to leave
- No alcoholic beverages or other illegal substances are allowed in the house
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substance will be denied entry
- Please be mindful of other customers in the house, we want the experience to be enjoyable for all
- If you are pregnant and or have severe motion sickness, we recommend that you do not partake in this experience
- Be careful when entering the house and using the staircase to prevent any slips and trips
- We do not tolerate abuse or negative comments towards our staff or other customers. You will be asked to leave immediately
- Please be aware that during peak times there are extended wait times
- Wait times vary depending on the time you arrive and can exceed 2.5 hours
- If the wait time is not suitable, we can reschedule your ticket to another day. We do not issue refunds for extended wait time, so we ask customers to utilise virtual queue system and plan ahead
- A copy of the risk assessment can be provided upon request
- House Down Under Australia venues are cashless venues for the safety of the public and our staff
Gift Cards
- The Gift Card is valid until the venue is no longer open
- If the venue is relocated to another location, the gift card can be used at a new location
- If the venue is closed, the gift card can be used at other locations.
- Venue closing dates are published in advance and no refunds will be issued for gift cards that are unused due to change of location or closure of the venue
- Can be used for ticket purchases to any of House Down Under Australia venues
- Are only to be used for House Down Under Australia ticket purchases online
- Cannot be redeemed at the ticket office, however tickets can be purchased on the spot via the online portal for same day entry
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, other vouchers or refunded
- Cannot be used at other retailers or shops
